The Life Integral was born from the desire to live life to the fullest and challenge the traditional paths of success. Founded by myself, Garrett McClellan, an engineer turned adventurer, The Life Integral is more than just a lifestyle brand—it’s a movement. I believe that life is a summation of dreams, experiences, values, and actions, much like an integral in mathematics. My journey through engineering school, though successful on paper, felt unfulfilling at heart. This led to the creation of The Life Integral as a platform for anyone feeling the pull to live a more vibrant and intentional life.
I believe that everyone has their own “Life Integral”—their own unique path to joy and fulfillment—and my mission is to help you uncover and pursue that path. Whether it’s through life coaching at Finding Ikigai Life Coaching, where I guide people toward their own adventure, or through XP Life, a YouTube channel documenting my epic experiences and adventures, I am here to inspire and help you to live boldly and embrace the extraordinary.
